Over 3 years ago i went under debt review.
We came agross some concerning things happening with regards to payments made to my creditors and phoned in yesterday to query this, we spoke to Mariam Martin, she asked that we send our queries to her in writing and she will respond within 30 minutes.
Almost 24 hours later and still no response, we received one email yesterday just to confirm she received our emails, my fiance had to phone her this morning just to find out she is waiting for legal. Till now she has not bothered to send a mail to inform me as the client of same.
I am extremely disappointed in you guys as we trusted you to help us with our financial burden, instead you made it worse.
I will not recomend you to anybody
