Last year on the 24 November LOAN DISCOVERY took money off my account with out really confirm this with you first, so i had a major fight with them and after spoken to the supervisor at the time and realising i will not get my money back i also cancel with them, they assure me that there wont be another payment that will go off this year. i also sent them a e-mail stating that i cancel. its a year later and they took money again with out confirming if this still ok, never the less now they want proof WHERE AM I GOING TO KEEP A YEAR OLD E-MAIL. JAMIE CONFIRMED THAT I PHONED IN ON THE 24 OF NOVEMBER, THIS WAS CONFIRMED ON MONDAY 02/12/2013 - ITS BEEN A WEEK!!! SHE SAID SHE IS GOING TO FIND THE RECORDING AND PHONE ME BACK. AS FROM WEDNESDAY I HAVE BEEN PHONING HER AND SHE IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE!!! YESTERDAY I GOT HOLD OF HER AND SHE STILL HAS NO FEED BACK FROM THE IT DEPARTMENT, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I NEED MANAGEMENT TO PHONE ME ASAP NOT JAMIE AND TELL ME WHAT THE IS GOING ON!! I DEMAND AN ANSWER TODAY!!! I CANCELLED LAST YEAR N O V E M E M B E R 2012!!!
