I have logged query with Standard Bank on 28 January 2013. It stated it takes up to 12 days to resolve the problem, as there was a double deduction on my account and according to Standard Bank the money is sitting in the Supsense account. I phoned and followed up again on 5 February 2013 and again on 7 February. then only they picked up the query was only logged on 5th February. This is unacceptable. All i want is my money from Standard Bank. This is not the first time i am experiencing problems with them and have finally decided to change banks.

As soon as get my refund i will close my account.
