Waiting for Cevin to respond to my query

On 2012-02-09 I noticed that Standard bank has been charging and taking fees from my account for internet banking which I had not registered for nor used before. So i went to the Central City branch to reported the matter to Standard Bank for the wrong charges they have been charging onto my Standard Bank account and I was given a complaint card with a query reference number: 46591830, by a consultant and and said that i will receive a call from the complaints query department within 3 days. So on the 2012-02-11 I received a call from a man called Cavin from the Standard Bank Service Recovery Unit, he told me that as he was speaking to me all the amounts which were charged from my account since 2011 are being refunded back into my account and also gave me another Reference no:52177768 again. The sad part is that till today I'm still waiting for my refund! On 2013-02-04 I called the Services Recovery Unit and talked to Cavin and he told me he'll call me back and was given a Reference no:52550551 again and promised to be called back but till today 2013-05-07 I'm still waiting for the call. All Cevin and Standard Bank have been doing is promising me
