We have compulsory Homeowner's Insurance at Nedbank. On 11 November 2013 we were robbed and broken into our house. The burglars broke the front door and 2 windows to such an extent that it cannot be closed. We reported the burglary and since then we have not heard anything from Nedbank. We've followed-up twice, but still no response from Nedbank. Within this time the burglars came back twice, dug up & the electrical cable between the house and the garage and again damaged and broke other windows, light fittings etc.
It is now 4 weeks! This is extremely poor service.
Who is willing to stay in a house of which the door & windows cannot close?
