I called transunion to check my records with them since I had fradulent accounts with couple of companies.however I don't get joy from consultant..they told me to send the documents but they want me to wait for 5 working days to get feedback..time is not on my side to wait that long and I requested to speak to a senior but consultants told me they busy... I have been calling them starting from 12 and am fedup with this .all I need is to clear my name but they giving me hard time.
