Good day,
I was shocked to see that I had received an sms advising that my home loan account had been handed over for legal action. I was unable to make payment end October 2013 and advised the person who contacted me that I had a problem with making payment. I made payment for November 2013 with the intention of paying the shortfall on 16 December 2013. I have since received no other correspondence other than the sms advising that legal action will be taken. I am disgusted. I am only 1 month in arrears.
