I cancelled my contract with Atlas. After the 3months waiting period they still debited my account. I send Liezel Foong an email about that. The next month they debited another months payment. I then send them a fax and they managed to stop the debit order but did not pay me back the 2 months that they own. I don't receive any feedback from them either.
I would not recommend ATLAS to anybody. Apparently they are good in the Walmer area but at my place at Bluewater bay they arrived only after 15 minutes. It happened where they phoned me back telling me that everything is ok after the alarm went off when there was a sliding door broken that was visible if they look over the wall. I reported it to them and after that it happened again where they said everything was fine after the alarm went off and when I got there the wooden planks was still on the wall that the used as well as crated laying on the outside. Clearly they were not there
