Poor service and billing

I was advised by several standard bank consultants to relocate my account from saving to cheque account as its gonna benefit me. I switched to cheque and the first month of using it everything went well as all my debit orders including my credit card deducted from my cheque account. From the following month i encountered a problem as my credit card switched back to deduct from my saving account which am no longer using, now my problem is my credit card is in erears interest and they failed to close my saving account which is now also growing in arrears. Standard bank did set me in to the trap and they are now milking me in to interest.i never in my life beeng in this kind of mess and i now blame and hate this bank.
