Cancellation of credit card machine

After numerous months struggling to get card machines for both my shops, i still didn't receive it, now that I want to cancel the ONE i received, that seems to be impossible as well, and they keep on charging me for a machine that used to be in a shop that closed in October already!
Can someone please assist me??
