I went to USAVE, firstly the customer in front of me was having a problem with the rice that he has bought, it was leaking, instead of the cashier explaining she just kept quiet and when my turn came i asked that next time you tell the custumers why are they waiting and she just kept quite and look at me with that attitude and said can't i see what is happening, secondly i used my card for payment but only to find that their machine does not take a chip card from Nedbank. I did not have cash and instead of the cashier explaining the reason for the machine not taking the card she continues on saying it is not her problem for me not going around with cash in my pocket and again i tried to explain that i use the very card at other shops and they accept it, and she said i must go outside and check it that (USAVE) is the same shop with those other shops and if not i must not come and waste her time. All that i wanted to know is why is the quee not moving and why is their machine not taking my card because i use that machine at all the shops.
