I'd like to applaud Liberty Life Call Center for the best customer service ever. In general I will say 99% of your call center staff are on the ball and very efficient. Keep it up.
I would like to say thank you to one specific gentle man, Bongane Maseko, for going an extra mile in resolving my query. He made sure that I'm updated about the progress of my query up until it was successfully and speedily resolved. He was also patient with me venting all my frustrations about the mistake made by one of his colleagues. One hardly get that kind of service these days. Keep up the good work brother. Thank you.
