Where is the money Liberty?

We applied for an advance on a policy early January. This was said to take 5 working days to be paid. I have complied with every request/condition Liberty had yet we have still not received our funds. When I call, I have to rehash the entire history of this application to the consultant of the day. They have been completely useless in helping and instead of taking ownership of their client's query and resolving it, I am told each time that they will escalate the matter and this will take 48 hours. Five calls and one e-mail @ 48 hours each time = 288 hours that Liberty have now been escalating my query. Where is the money Liberty and why can they not answer a simple question? They have been kind enough to send me a letter to apologise for the poor service and guess what!!! They have escalated my e-mail!
