I have been trying to make a once off withdrawal from my policy for more than a month now. Was being helped by Pothan Yulanda. I filled in forms and she was supposed to get back to me she has not in more than 3 weeks. I also called the call center and resubmitted everything and I am still waiting for a response. I even emailed the call center no feedback not even an acknowledgement of my emal. This is really bad service guys.
