I am absolutely appalled by the level of understanding of your employees - I am reminded why I NEVER ever want to set foot into a branch - doesn't matter WHICH bank. When people speak about the "Gimme gimme attitude of people who couldn't be bothered about actually contributing in a position/society because they are just "blank look, I am giving this no thought, I am here to just use the oxygen and get paid for it " they speak of Radebe and her team leader at Sandton City. I cannot mention the name of the branch manager because said person couldn't be BOTHERED to actually be at work before the doors opened.
I have never had to walk into a branch, and my banking experience has been a rather pleasurable one - UNTIL NOW!
