Bad Attitude from Claude who works in the card div

In actual fact I have just had a bad experience with ABSA from day one. I applied for a GOLD credit card on the 28 of May and up until today (11 of June) I still have not received my card. I have sent numerous complaints to them but they choose to ignore me, I had asked for the card to be delivered at their Sandton branch and then they changed it to couriered to me which that also didn't work out and they then said that the card will be delivered at their branch in 3 working days which it still hasn't been. I then call their card division to follow up what is happening and I speak to the rudest, unprofessional person ever (I don't believe that ABSA hires people like that) called CLAUDE who tells me that the card was sent to the branch on the 30th of May; and says that is what he sees on the system and when I tried to explain the story he starts getting irate and says he'll drop the phone. The call to the card division was between 16:05 to 16:08. I would like his manager to listen to that call and tell me if that is the person he/she wants in his team
