FNB response and help is terrible

I cancelled my Medical scheme and asked FNB to put a stop order on and also reverse all the debit orders the lady said its ok by brackencity branch i gave her all the info needed cancellation forms etc and saterday i got an sms that shows only 1 month has been reversed not the other 3 very unhappy i phoned but couldnt get through so monday i spoke to the lady again saying now only that they can only reverse within 30 days i must get another letter from my medical scheme to do the rest i said ok phoned the medical scheme and they dont want to help me i called her back yesterday told her they dont want to help me and i dont understand why everything was ok for the debit order reversals and then now it changed to only 30 days thats unacceptable capitec doesnt give you these problems i just want them reversed as i never used or claimed anything from the scheme but they no longer want to help me my bank should and then fnb again shows me away and the the lady said she will get back to me yesterday but i have heard nothing nobody wants to help me this is quite unacceptable from FNB and then a person struggles to get hold of them or they put you on hold i am very unhappy with fnb!!!
