I have been a Hollard client for more than a year now and i took their R200 per month policy, hoping it would be able to help me in time of need but however every time i have a problem i am not getting any joy or assistance and I am not given a chance to talk to the qualified lawyers mentioned on their features and benefit page [URL Removed] I was involved in an accident and I am having some difficulties with the insurer, they have asked me to sign some papers giving them permissions to all sorts of record, I then called hollard and I spoke to one of their call centre agent (Bester) i trying to get some advise as to what are my rights or get them to speak to the insurer and this didn't end well. Secondly there is an issue i emailed him on Tuesday and he promised to follow up but even up to this stage i haven't heard anything or his acknowledgement of my email.
