These ladies became rude when they could not answer questions related to car rental when car is in for repairs.

The company markets itself as looking after the requirements of the customer but when My car went in for repairs and I requested a car similar to one am driving, I was told that company policy is group b. I informed that it is standard practice with other insurers and that am willing to pay for it. They told me I go to those companies as they do not offer that.

I therefore said I would like to have a corsa utility bake which is also in group b and I was told that they deal with car hire not bakkie hire. I mentioned that the will be no difference in price as the cars are in the same group. This is where they became rude and told me that's not how they work and I can go wherever I want.

I think I will take their advice, Alexander Forbes here I come!
