I asked Debt Support to help me with my debts so that i can be able to reduce my montly payments, I paid an amount of R2 800 into their FNB account and they promised to help me. I kept on calling them to find out how far are they with my querie but they made empty promises. Not once has they called to me to find out what was going on or how far they were. They havent rendered any services. Now i want my money back as i cancelled the agreement with them and they are not willng to give me my money back.
Its been a week now and every day i send them sms or e-mail but they Maxyne only responded once via sms but nothing on e-mail.
Please help me to get my money back.
