I applied for debt review in April with Roshel, who now no longer works there, but she told me that I pay for 3 months (their fees) then my application goes to court and then I pay the agreed upon amount. Now November and now only they ask about non payment, after the amount has changed about 4 times. I sent them everything and they agreed it was Roshels mistake and confirmed that it has been sorted out and that I must make payments from the end of this month and everything will go on as agreed. Then I receive a notification that my creditors have already been notified and that my debt review is now cancelled, after I was assured it will not happen. Before the cancellation, every query I send is answered by a different person, and now that it has been cancelled NO ONE gets back to me? What about the money I have already paid?? And since I didn't make the mistake, why isn't anybody fixing this?? Seems that they don't know how to work with customers and that its easier to cancel everything then fixing their mistake! I want my debt review re-instated or I want all my money back and I will find someone else!
