CONFUSION OF PAYMENT

My name is Mercy Nomathemba Sigedle working for Pikitup. I would like to complain abuot someone who took me for debt counselling without explaining anything to me about it.. I took out a loan from Old Mutual this year and they also consolidated my few debts. My consolidation amount was R19 000 which there was money left for me, being the sum of R11 500.00 which they paid into my account, As per promise I went back to O/M after having paid for six months, planning to take another loan. I never got the second loan because they said I have a judgement from ITC where I have opened an account at Ackermans and Home Choice. I don't know all those and decided to fight them to cancel those. I was phoned by Tebogo who worked for Octogen which is inside O/M offices. He promised to help me. I only realized after he took alll my particulars and I got a vey confusing explanation that he worked for Debt Review and I had my debts that I was paying for which are Capfin, Bridgeloan. Now everything has being deducted by this Octogen.. That Tebogo resigned after messing up my accounts and another Nthabiseng who asked me to pay R1900 If I want to cancel theis debt. I want to clear my name
