Ucount - VAT shortfall and Online Experience

Hi,

I purchased a Bicycle which was advertised for R720 and Member price of R610 (6110 Points). I had 1278 Points (R127.80) Which means I should have paid R482.20 (R610.00-R127.80). I noticed there is a vat shortfall of R68.65 and ended up paying over R550. This VAT Shortfall was deducted from my points. WHY? Does the price on UNCOUNT exclude VAT?

I never had a delivery address and it was almost impossible to enter at the checkout stage, so I went back into my profile and added an address under "preferred" home address? Did not know you can live in 2 places at once, but anyway... so I select the delivery radio button and go back to select my delivery address and behold.. not there...
I eventually added a manual address by using just the top rows as the postal code filter was not working. Also notice that if a new window opens in the browser, the previous windows logs you out and you need to log in again. Please fix our site as it has been one of the worst online purchases I have ever made.
