I called Nedbank for assistance i spoke to Mbali who kept putting me on hold with no explanation as to why i am holding, she at some point was talking to her friends at the back ground, i asked her a question and she just kept quite and she can back after i said hello more than five times to say yes i am listening to you. i want you to pull that call out and listen to the unprofetional agents that are representing you as a company, i expect a response as to how this matter has been handled. from an unhappy client.
