Indipile Mahlati - No Assistance

Good day My name is Mr Naicker. I went into nedbank to get help with my accounts. I was asked to call head office on 0116306100.I spoke to Indipile mahlati asking her to get a manager to call me back regarding my accounts as Indipile was of no help to me. To date I have not heard from nedbank. This is not the first time they never call back to see how to assist the client but quick to haress the client for payments.
Please get a manager to call me back.
