I took out a comprehensive car insurance with auto n gen, on the17 oct 2013 I submitted a claim due to car accident. My claim was rejected on reasons that I failed to remember previous insurances. I could only recall oakhurst and iwyze insurance, this is the exact information I provided telephonically to the insurance sales broker before I was insured. Auto and general confirmed my cover even though I failed to recall all my previous insurers, but now they are using that as a valid reason not to approve my claim. Another reason which recently surfaced is that they claim I instructed them to cancel my cover the same day I took out insurance, which is a blatant lie. They claim to have telephone recordings of me instructing them to cancel, which they are failing to produce because is a horrendous lie.
