TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE ACCOUNT ACCESS

We opened a business account with STD more than 3 months ago. We were told that our Business on line account will be opened as soon as documents has been supplied. We have done this nearly 2 months ago and now we are told that the paper work is missing. Strange enough is that on Monday Kimoshni told me that its out dated. 2 trustees are away and till they are back we cannot open the Business Banking. All i am told by Jose is that he wants to meet so that we can get to the bottom of where the paper work is. I don't care where it is.

I have been promised by both Carmen and Kimoshni that a director will contact me, but instead i get a clown that doesn't care!!!

Whats the point. I want heads to roll. Secondly i want FREE business banking but according to him this is not an option. Rather customers off and then let them leave. I also Requested Jose to tell me who he reports to... and all i was told is that wont make a difference and he will not supply me with the info.

So between Carmen, Riaan and Kimoshni the paperwork that we had signed is missing and Jose is covering his own. This is how customers are treated that want to bring a business as well as a investment account
