Incorrect Deduction, and Very poor service

On the 2nd of October i gave King Price Insurance a call, Regarding Short term insurance for my Vehicle.
The Telephonic agreement was that the policy should start at the end of October, because i already paid for the month of October with my current Insurance company.

The morning of the 4th of October 2013 at 7.11am i received an Sms stating that the Amount of R1041.00 was debited from my account into King prices account, This was strange because according to the agreement the first deduction for the policy no. KP1045345 should have been done at the end of October?

I gave King Price a call to find out what is going on and when can i get my money back, The first phone-call started on the 4th of October... today is the 17th of October... they say the transfer was made.. but still no money was transferd into my account?...My Policy did not even start yet .. and i am already battling to get service form these guys, i came to them for the cheaper quote.. but it looks like the cheaper you pay the more you struggle..the Manager from the department did not even Phone me back to find out what is Happening and why am i Complaining about service... My Opinion... King Price... NO GO!
