The tax deduction on my monthly pension was increased by a whopping 50% for September 2013. Old Mutual do not supply an email address for queries so you rely on phone calls which you know will get you nowhere. I phoned Linda Mzinzi on 20th Sept to query she advised that the query would go to the relevant dept and "someone" would contact me ("no" she could not supply a name "yes" they did have my email address). I requested a query number for follow up which they apparently do not supply I asked for an email address to follow up, this is also not supplied. Some 10 days later I am still hundreds of rand out of pocket from my pension for this month and not a word from Old Mutual Pencare
