Lack of communication

For reasons only known to Standard Bank, my credit card is blocked. This has been going on for over a year now. Last time I checked I was paying it and have never skipped a payment. Now since it is blocked, I cannot keep track of how far Iam with paying it off. Lately they've been trying to sell me a Blue Beans credit card, still beats me why. I really would have appreciated if some had told me the reason behind blocking it. It can remain blocked for all I care but I need to see the latest balance on a monthly basis.
