No 3G

I have had my smart phone which I got through FNB's offering for maybe a year now.

Every month they state on my bank statements that I do qualify for free 3G, yet nobody who I have contacted or anybody at the branch (The Grove) know how to get this 3G.

I don't know why FNB wouldn't automatically load on the phone what you actually qualified for.

Does ANYBODY in FNB know how I would get the 3G which I qualify for?
