They have a temporary loan application that is advertised to be instant, no paper work, just straight into your account, so my complaint is based on the fact that they do not specify that this application works on a "when they feel like you qualify, you will" I took out a loan (the min amount of R300) 2 months ago, which was perfect, it went into my acc within minutes and when my salary got paid in it was automatically deducted from it, now 2 months later and once again I have come to the time where money is tight and I automatically assumed because no other indication was given, that I could get my temp loan again to get through to payday - now I see I don't have the ability to make this loan once again, I called the call centre and they cannot give me a reason why I don't qualify, as I qualified last month, the previous month but now, when I need it, they cannot help me, nor can they give me any reasons why. So can you PLEASE specify these reasons, and please can you put this onto the website or any other facility so this does not happen to someone else as this has really infuriated me.
