As per insurance companies requirement I asked that my tracking device be tested regularly and a certificate issued to me for my insurance
The test was successfully done but Mr Mhlobo will only issue a certificate saying that the tracking device was fitted (about 5 years ago) not that it is working NOW
He refuses to give me anything in writing to confirm that the tracker is operational NOW
this basically invalidates my insurance in the case of or hijacking
All the other companies that I deal with have happily issued a certificate saying the tracker was tested and is servicable
