On September 20th I met with Charnessa from tax relax. I emailed her for the 1st time on September 18th and sent her my documents so she could quote me. She insisted that the best way forward was to meet with her which I did, immediately she gave me a contract to sign to get my taxes up to date and told me the fees involved in getting my backward taxes sorted (for last year) i left after signing the contract, without knowing I was forever bound to this contract, this was a Friday at 1pm, on Monday 23rd September at 7.21am I informed Charnessa that I was going through a financial strain and that i just could not afford their upfront fees, and their monthly fees; she point blank refused and said I was tied into a 60 month contract and the only way out was after 1 year, but that i need to let them know 3 months prior to the anniversary date. I really can't understand, how literally 1 business day later one cannot cancel something that they signed? This is a warning to anyone wanting to do business with Tax Relax. They bully you into a minimum 12 month contract, and sorry for you if you cannot afford it. Clearly no human beings work there, just machines, or they would have related.
