No feedbank on emails sent

This is going on for four months now that we try and get a letter from ABSA (Home loan) to revoked the previous life insurance that is linked to our home loan account. We send all the necessary documentation that was required. The previous life insurance company can't cancel this policy before they received the required letter from ABSA. We also put a stop order on this but still the debit orders go throw my husbands bank account. I send emails to the person that is helping me, but he does not let me know what is happening. NO FEEDBACK after I asked him on Friday to keep me updated. I am very unhappy with this situation. I feel that I am not important to ABSA!
