Smart Device NOT BEING REPAIRED!!!

We purchased a Blackbery 9790 from FNB last year October, it stopped working about 8 weeks ago, we contacted FNB imediately and it took FNB to inform us that the phone was out of warranty 4WEEKS!!! I then informed them that we do have insurance on the phone, it took another 2 WEEKS to come and collect the phone and now 2 WEEKS later the only thing FNB has accomplished is to inform me that the phones warranty has expired!!! AND NO ONE SEEMS TO COMPREHEND OR UNDERSTAND THAT THE PHONE NEEDS TO BE FIXED UNDER THE INSURANCE!!! The worst service I have ever received from any company and I have had a few doozies!!! I have lost about R30 000 worth of business because I did not have a back up phone as I work from home, bake wedding cakes and I am in the middle of wedding season. So PLEASE FNB please please please tell me who knows what they are doing and who can help??? I am sick an tired of being put through from one person to the next telling them my sad story and getting the same answer everytime oh no ur warranty expired!!! WHY AM I PAYING INSURANCE THEN!!!
