I have had my credit card for over a year now and the day the courier delivered my card he took with him all the documentation required by you,
now today when i want to use my card it keeps decline...
I phoned your call center just to be informed my card have been BLOCKED because you dont have the FICA requirments, which I SEND WITH THE COURIER AND HAVE BEEN USING THE CARD FOR OVER A YEAR!!! Please contact me so i can get the exstra money in the account out, and have this SILLY credit card CLOSED with a limit as small as mine its anyway not worth having it. O and now the gentlemen from the call center said you did try to conatct me, please NO ONE have contacted me and if you did, please provide the proof.
