I've notified my personal banker of this, and I'm still waiting for an expected date as to when the Xbox which I accepted as part of the Xbox deal will be delivered.
I've only received 2 messages stating that there is a product shortage, but with NO intended date for when I can expect the Xbox to be delivered. I'm going on holiday soon and I can almost expect the Xbox to be delivered when I'm not at home, so it will be much more waiting. I feel like just cancelling the deal i took up with FNB, this is waiting too long with no one being able to answer any questions or give a date as to when I'll get the device.
This is not on, I've waited 3 weeks, this will be my 4th week with NO answer.
