I am completely Disgusted with the way that FNB has handled my query! i have recently purchased a XBOX 360 console with 2 controllers using the FNB smart app online, when i eventually received the XBOX (after being told that they were out of stock and could not give me a delivery date), i found out that 1 of the controllers were defective, when i called FNB they were not able to assist, i was then referred to Digital Planet whos managers are forever in meetings, and you cannot speak to them. long story short, i still have a broken controller, with no sight of FNB resolving this any time soon, i can guarantee that FNB will not miss the debit order date for the Xbox, but will drag their feet when it comes to customer service, i used to think highly of FNB until this incidence and now find myself hating FNB and growing increasingly frustrated with their service! i would like to have a manager call me and have this sorted out immediately!
