NO ONE can change an email address???!!

I am so furious with this useless bank! I have now been struggling to the point of wanting to move the balance outstanding to another bank just to get away from these useless people!!! I have been trying since March/April to get my statements to come to my email address! Simple enough right?? Wrong!! I have lodged queries at both Woodlands and Parkview branches AND on the call center (which by the way charge you insane amounts for these useless attempts at rectifying issues) but NO ONE can change an email address??? When I go to the branches they tell me to phone the call center when I phone the call center they say I have to go in to the branches?!! STILL nothing has been changed and I now have a bad credit rating because of making "under" payments!! After I made sure of the amounts that I needed to make each month by going into a branch EVERY month! Now they tell me they are experiencing problems with yahoo email addresses, NO phone calls nothing to say they have these problems!! Seriously get your terrible "service" together!! Spitting mad!!!
