BAD SERVICE TO NO SERVICE

On the 18th of November 2013 I made an enquiry about a payment into our Trust Account and was told that FNB would e-mail me a deposit slip within 3 working days. Needless to say, nothing was received. On 22 November 2013 once again a call to FNB and once again a promise that this will receive attention immediately and that the whole thing is in process, we will receive the deposit slip. Today, 3 December 2013, needless to say, still nothing. Oh and the matter is open on their system, but no finger has been lifted to make work of this. Pathetic service by FNB and that to a business client who has been banking with FNB for many years now! How can FNB NOT HELP YOU? Indeed, almost 3 weeks later and not 3 days later, still nothing but excuses and no answers!!! This complaint must also go to the CEO of FNB and if not, we will make work of sending it to him personally, due to the lack of service shown by the staff of FNB.
