Taking money out one of my accounts-no consent

Today I logged into my personal account, and noticed a significant amount was randomly transferred out my account to another account which I did not perform, after calling the bank in compete shock thinking I had been de frauded- the consultant proceeds to tell me nothing can be done and the transaction cannot be reversed and I have to go into a branch- thank you standard bank for thinking you know peoples financial situation and just randomly going through all accounts in my name and just transferring out funds without letting me know or asking- I needed those funds today to pay my Rental for my home where I reside with my family - I want that money transferred back into my account ASAP or i will be loading a complaint with the Bank ombudsman South Africa.
