Standard Bank ATM's at Thabazimbi never works

Standard bank Thabazimbi only have 2 ATM's and they are always at month end either off-line or extremely slow.
29/11/2013 you could only withdraw money with a bank card that does not have a chip. This is ridicules I thought the chip was the safest option. For some things in life you still need cash and each end of the month it is the same story.
