I encountered a problem whilst logging into Xbox live on Saturday evening. There was an error with an error code of 80151012. After contacting Xbox Live customer service 3 times, they still haven't been able to solve my problem. Also, I have tried calling their South African Call Center, but end up waiting an hour on the phone before being remotely cut off. I have not been able to use my device for the past 3 days now and regrettably no help is in sight. After calling the main center which has a number of 011 997 5000, one of the ladies simply said I have to "just" wait till I get through after I told her I had been waiting an hour on the phone for any form of service from the Xbox main call center which is 0800 991 550. All I wish is that I am able to download my profile back onto my console. Please can someone help me.
