I registered for ucount on the 8th August 2013 and up to today 3rd of December 2013 i have not yet received the ucount card and yet every month i am paying R20 for the service. I have made several phone calls to the call centre and on each time i am asked to confirm my address and each time a promise is made to deliver the card soon. This is truly pathetic from standard bank... i even called today and spoke to Christopher and still have to update my address again... unbelievable... how many more months do i have to wait for a simple card???
