I purchased an Xbox 360 about a year ago. The one controller does not respond anymore and have assumed it is the controller, not the XBox. I reported problem to [URL Removed] 2 days before guarantee period expired. They took almost a month to collect the item and then 2 weeks to return same faulty controller. It has now been 2 months since I first reported the fault and despite repeated attempts at trying to get this resolved, no one at [URL Removed] returns my calls. I now cannot get them to honor the repair, they claim that their supplier says it is now out of warranty and they want me to deal directly with their supplier. Clearly they do not understand or honor the CPA requirements!! I am putting this on this site hoping for some resolution, but I am assuming that I now have to sort out my Xbox without the help of Kalahari, and would suggest that the general public rather buy at their local toy/electronic shop.
