I am self employed and do not get a set income. Sometime I do not get a income for a couple of months and that is why my FNB credit card got behind on payments. I received a bit of money in November and FNB thought it good to take R2000 out of my cheque account for my credit card WITHOUT phoning to make an arrangement.
Today they did the same, another R1500. When I phoned and asked them to explain, they had a explanation and they do not really care that I only have R140 left for December. They have no regard for an individual and is very happy to take the bit of money I had. I have no idea how me, my wife and 4yr old are going to get though Dec, but at least FNB is happy!!! FNB has the worst attitude and no sympathy towards their clients!
