I had to take my car in for inspection as I have just changed insurers. I walked in the door and before I could get to the reception I was greeted by name (which still confuses me because they didn't know I was coming.
I was offered refreshments and a comfortable lounge to wait in and was told it would be about 15 min.
The inspection was done quicker then that, I was offered good advice without felt being sold to. All in all a brilliant experience.
