After the hail damaged my roofing on the 28th of nov 2013, i reported the matter to Nedbank. the assessor was sent to check the damage on the 5th Dec. since then, i call them to find out exately when they will come and fix the roof but no one gave me a proper answer. am just being send from one person to the next, the roof is leaking and it rains a lot this days, the rain is causing more damage. this is unfair as am expected to sit and in house and wait for them to come fix and yet they cant tell when, its also not safe as anyone can enter the house through the roofing. i planned to go on vacation and must end this friday at work, now my plans may not materialize due to this. am now wondering what i should do to make them assist me, i am paying them well in advance and is their turn to help but they are not assisting.
