I'm not happy with service provided by Auto and General, to date my husbands car does not have a back windscreen and is not fixed, lack of feedback was not given, I would like the claim to be finalised as soon as possible. I want to be given feedback by 48 hours. We simply cannot wait for the proposed date when the vehicle was assessed. We informed not to call, we will be called to date not call. A promise not kept, i am not happy and should there be no feedback I will be going to the Ombudsman.
